Rujak buah is a traditional Indonesian dish consisting of a mixture of fresh fruits that are cut into pieces and served with sweet and savory seasonings or a special sauce. It has a combination of fresh, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors.

First, roast the peanuts until they turn brownish for a healthier option.
After the peanuts turn brown, grind them together with granulated sugar, red bird's eye chili, and salt using a mortar and pestle. Coarsely grind all the spices.
Enter brown sugar and squeezed tamarind water, then grind again until all the spices reach the desired texture, not too watery and not too thick.
Cut the cucumber, mango, pineapple, and red guava according to taste. Make sure the selected fruits are fresh and ripe.
Place the fruit pieces in a bowl or serving plate. Then drizzle with the previously made sweet rojak sauce mixture.
