Vegetable ingredients: - 1 carrot stick \/ 100 grams of grated carrots - 2 large-sized spring onions (sliced) - 2 stalks of celery (coarsely chopped) - 200 grams of cabbage (finely chopped) - 100 grams of bean sprouts Ground spices: - 6 shallots - 4 cloves of garlic - 4 candlenuts
- 200 grams of medium protein triangle flour - 50 grams of cornstarch - 50 grams of rice flour - 1 teaspoon of baking powder - 1 teaspoon of powdered broth - 1/2 teaspoon of salt - 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon of seasoning (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon of powdered pepper - 65 ml/1 sachet of instant coconut milk from triangle packaging - 250 ml of cold water (refrigerated water) - 1 tablespoon of margarine
- Grind the ingredients until they are well blended. - Mix all the mixture of flour ingredients and add the ground spices, stir until all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Enter the clean and finely sliced vegetables into the seasoning flour mixture. - Once the vegetables are coated with flour, add one package of instant coconut milk. - Pour cold water gradually into the flour and vegetable batter, mix well.
- Add one tablespoon of margarine, which will make it more savory, stir again. - Just stir slowly and don't squeeze it so that there is not much water coming out and the dough is not runny.
- Heat the oil, then fry the bakwan mixture, only one spoonful is enough. - Let it sit in hot oil, use medium heat, fry until golden brown. - Remove the bakwan when it reaches the desired level of maturity, serve with peanut sauce.
