Sri Mulyani acknowledges that there will be challenges for the elected president Prabowo Subianto's government in implementing the free nutritious meal program. To mitigate these challenges, the Ministry of Finance plans to reform several aspects of taxation.

"We continue to reform from the taxation side, strengthen institutions, clean from corruption, and increase investment in the digital field, so that the process becomes much more certain and minimizes corruption, or reduces interactions so that corruption loopholes are closed,"

he said.

"In addition to these efforts, the Ministry of Finance also continues to improve budget management. The budget will be strengthened, especially in withstanding shocks from global economic turbulence."

Furthermore, he stated that there is no high-income country without good human resources quality. Therefore, the country will make various efforts to improve the quality of human resources.

The efforts that the Ministry of Finance has made so far to improve the quality of human resources include providing a budget for education amounting to 20 percent, health 6 percent, and social security 50 percent of the state budget (APBN).

The government also encourages infrastructure to support productivity and community mobility. "So, whether it's in the form of education, health, social security using lunch programs or nutritious food, all of these are aimed at improving human resources," he said.
