Dream - Head of the Capital City Authority of Nusantara (IKN), Bambang Susantono, revealed that several property developers have started marketing housing and apartments in the area that will become the new government center of Indonesia.

Bambang explained that OIKN and property developers will begin a safari to market their properties from Surabaya, East Java. Several developers have expressed their commitment to soon lay the first stone for the project's construction at IKN.

Based on OIKN's notes, several companies involved in building residences include Konsorsium Nusantara and Pakuwon, who construct apartments and landed houses. Other developers are BSH Karya Mandiri, Pakubuwono, and Balikpapan Super Block, who build apartments.

In his presentation, OIKN will also begin development where facility construction starts not only in the Central Government Core Area, but also extends to the western IKN area.

So far, OIKN has recorded that the groundbreaking ceremony has been conducted five times, which was inaugurated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The total value of these five projects reached Rp49.6 trillion and involved 32 institutions or agencies.
