The launch of the #BuktiBaktiBCA campaign was marked by the premiere screening of the Bukti Bakti video, which was made in three different islands and involved various community figures who are partners of Bakti BCA, as well as the introduction of Bakti BCA Ambassador, Nicholas Saputra.

The appointment of BCA Ambassador is a form of corporate education strategy, to increase awareness and involvement of many parties in creating positive social impact.

Nicholas Saputra himself has long been known as a celebrity who actively voices his concerns about social and environmental issues.

As a BCA Ambassador, Nicholas Saputra will be involved in various BCA social activities in various aspects of life, ranging from education, health, cultural preservation, individual and group empowerment, to the environment.

The BCA Community Service activities cover various fields, such as education (Education Service), health (Health Service), culture (Culture Service), community empowerment (BCA Village Service), and environment (Environment Service). In each field, BCA has special programs to support efforts to improve quality of life and sustainable development.

"For Bakti BCA Village, by the end of 2023, BCA provides guidance for 26 tourist villages, including 14 fostered villages and 12 collaborative partner villages of Bakti BCA with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in the Indonesian Tourism Village Awards (ADWI) program 2022-2023. Several Bakti BCA Villages have received various national and international awards. Most recently, Taro Tourism Village and Green Bilebante Tourism Village received the Best Tourism Village award in the Update Programme category from UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) in 2023."

Throughout 2023, the total revenue of BCA's developed tourist villages reached Rp8.4 billion or grew 108.7% annually.
