Dream - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, explained the latest news regarding the relocation of Civil Servants (ASN) to the Capital of the Archipelago (IKN), including the time of the replacement.
Azwar Anas said, his party has conducted simulations with all Secretary Generals of Ministries and Institutions as well as the IKN Authority.
According to Azwar Anas, a simulation has been created with various options related to the priority of which ministry's civil servants will move first.
“Apparently, the decision is no longer about this former minister or that later minister, but it is decided that every ministry has a rank that moves or is assigned. Starting from the 11 thousand scheme, 14 thousand scheme, 6 thousand scheme, up to the 3,216 scheme, we have prepared them according to the available occupancy now,"

Azwar Anas added, the Ministry of PANRB will continue to adjust the transfer of civil servants with the availability of housing and decisions from the palace regarding when to start the transfer to IKN.
He said, in July later IKN will be prepared first for the 17th of August ceremony event, so the possibility of transferring civil servants to IKN will be done after August.
"Because originally it was scheduled for July, that's because July will be used for ceremonies, so the plan for relocation assignments is after August,"

Regarding the issue of civil servants (ASN) who do not want to move to IKN, Azwar Anas revealed that his party has not received any written submissions, on the contrary, there are those who have written that ASN does not enter the relocation scheme to IKN, requesting to participate in the relocation.
"There are doctors and civil servants because they want to experience a new atmosphere because for them luxury is no longer the hustle and bustle like in Jakarta, but they want to have good health, good oxygen. So indeed, people have different perspectives."
