Dream - Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah said her party will soon issue a circular letter regarding the obligation of employers to provide holiday allowance (THR) to employees.

"This week a circular letter will be issued for the governors and forwarded to the entrepreneurs. I think everyone already knows that THR is an obligation of employers that must be given to workers or laborers, to fulfill the needs of Eid."

He emphasized, the payment of THR is at the latest one week or 7 days before the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
"Although it is already common, we will still provide the circular letter to the governor. This is still in the administrative process and will be delivered soon. Usually, we issue it at the beginning of the first week of Ramadan."

"Furthermore, he emphasized that the THR payment must be given in full, it should not be paid in installments. 'It is not allowed. It is not allowed (to be paid in installments),' he firmly stated."
Ida also conveyed that they will immediately reopen the THR complaint post. The post was created as a place for complaints for both workers and employers.
"We have just announced that we will open the THR (holiday bonus) assistance post. On Monday or Tuesday, we will distribute the letters and open the THR post."
Ida said.
However, so far, on the second day of Ramadan, no employers have complained about not being able to pay the THR. "Until now, no, because all employers also know that it is an obligation that must be fulfilled by employers. Like last year, we will open a THR consultation post, for complaints and consultations from both parties, both employers and workers," he added.
