The appointment was decided in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) in the form of handing over a copy of the Shareholders' Resolution Letter regarding the Termination and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad.

According to the Pindad website, this appointment decision was approved by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir, as the Shareholder of Series A Dwiwarna PT Pindad, in accordance with the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decree Number: SK-69/MBU/03/2024, and Bobby Rasyidin, as the President Director of PT Len Industri (Persero), as the Shareholder of Series B PT Pindad, in accordance with the Decree Number: 002/KRUPS/LEN-PINDAD/III/2024.

Based on the decision of the shareholders of PT Pindad regarding the Termination and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad, it is mentioned that the Member of the Board of Commissioners of PT Pindad, Major General (Ret.) Sakkan Tampubolon, has been respectfully dismissed and Lieutenant General (Ret.) A. M. Putranto has been appointed as an Independent Commissioner of PT Pindad.
