Dream - The official Whoosh High-Speed Train application has been widely discussed on social media after a post from a man claiming to be from Palestine appeared. The man did not find the option of Palestine as a country in the application's country list during registration.

Corporate Secretary of PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC), Eva Chairunisa explained that the absence of the name of Palestine in the Whoosh application happened some time ago when the application had not been updated with the latest version. "There are several other countries including Palestine that have currently emerged as one of the preferred countries in registering accounts in the latest version of the application."

However, Eva apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by the passengers of the Whoosh High-Speed Train, who are Palestinian foreign nationals.
