Dream - Director of Financing of the Capital City Authority of Nusantara (OIKN), Naufal Aminuddin, admitted to having provided a letter of approval to investors or business entities to conduct a feasibility study for the development of housing for civil servants (ASN) in IKN with the Government Cooperation with Business Entity (KPBU) scheme.
According to him, his investors come from both domestic and foreign sources, including China and Malaysia.
"From abroad, there are visitors from Malaysia and China, the progress until now is good for all."

After OIKN provides approval letter to prepare the feasibility study, the investor will prepare the feasibility study. Then, in parallel, OIKN will request support from the Ministry of Finance, including consultants who will evaluate the feasibility study.
After that, it will enter the transaction or auction stage, then there will be a winner and after that construction will be carried out.
"For the value, it is not yet finished because it is still under evaluation of the feasibility study, so they can only calculate it after the feasibility study is completed. If we have already given approval to prepare the feasibility study, the potential is around 157 rusun towers and 139 landed houses that are currently in the process."

OIKN hopes that the government's collaboration with the business entity (KPBU) for the construction of the ASN apartment building in IKN can start the groundbreaking this year.
"Now we have started finalizing the feasibility study, and then it will be evaluated by a consultant appointed by the Ministry of Finance. Hopefully, this year we can start groundbreaking, but of course, we have to see the fulfillment of the stages."
