BSI International Expo is an exhibition of the sharia financial ecosystem and halal lifestyle that is expected to drive the growth of the sharia financial market. Carrying the theme "Connecting You to Halal Lifestyle Ecosystem", this exhibition is also the first, largest, and most comprehensive international expo ever organized by a sharia bank in Indonesia.

The opening of the BSI International Expo was officially conducted by the Vice President of Indonesia, K.H. Ma'ruf Amin, who hopes that this annual event can encourage stakeholders in the sharia economic ecosystem, especially MSMEs, to elevate to the national and even global level.

In that opportunity, the Vice President also conveyed the significant potential of the halal industry in Indonesia, which reaches a value of around Rp4.375 trillion. "The BSI International Expo event is also expected to be one of the supporters of the government's commitment to make Shariah economy and finance as a new stream of national economic growth," said the Vice President during the Opening Ceremony of BSI International Expo 2024, quoted on Friday, June 21, 2024.

As an international-scale event, BSI International Expo carries three main events, namely an exhibition involving more than 265 best partner tenants and curated MSMEs. These tenants are divided into 21 categories including Food & Beverage, Modest Fashion, Automotive, and Travel.

The second event is a seminar on Islamic economics and finance involving international speakers, stakeholders, and experts from the industry.

While the third event is in the form of business matching where BSI will bring together SMEs with potential buyers from friendly countries. This business meeting is expected to encourage SMEs to access the global market.
