Dream - The Ministry of Trade (Kemendag) will revoke the operational permit of bulk LPG filling station operators (SPBE) who reduce the amount of subsidized 3 kg LPG cylinder content.
"Naughty entrepreneurs (SPBE) are reminded that if they do not comply, their permits will be revoked, as that is the regulation. It is reminded once, if not complied with, then their business permits must be revoked."

"Previously, the Ministry of Trade through the Directorate General of Consumer Protection and Trade Order (Ditjen PKTN) has conducted an examination through the sample system on the weight of the packaged (BDKT) 3 kg subsidized LPG cylinders on Monday, May 20, 2024."
Zulhas stated that the Ministry of Trade has conducted inspections on several LPG filling stations, including those in North Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, Purwakarta, and Cimahi. From these areas, 11 LPG filling stations were found to have 3 kg LPG cylinders that do not comply with regulations.
