"Dream - The Constitutional Court (MK) rejected all the requests for dispute regarding the 2024 Presidential Election submitted by candidate pair number 1, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (Cak Imin). "Rejecting the applicant's request in its entirety," said the Chairman of MK, Suhartoyo, during the trial at the MK Building on Monday, April 22, 2024."

MK also stated that the KPU as the respondent has taken steps in accordance with the rules in following up on the decision of the MK which changed the requirements for presidential and vice-presidential candidates. MK also stated that the argument that assumes nepotism and cawe-cawe from President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) regarding the emergence of the MK decision which changed the age requirements for presidential and vice-presidential candidates is unfounded according to the law.

MK also stated that no party objected after Prabowo-Gibran was appointed as presidential and vice-presidential candidates. Furthermore, MK also stated that there is no evidence of Jokowi's campaign activities conveyed by Anies-Cak Imin in their request, with the achievement of Prabowo-Gibran's votes.
