Dream - Presidential candidate (capres) number 3 Ganjar Pranowo was seen present in the 2024 Presidential Election dispute hearing at the Constitutional Court (MK), Monday, April 22, 2024. Ganjar, together with his vice presidential candidate, Mahfud MD, attended to listen to the reading of the Presidential Election dispute verdict. In its decision, the MK deemed Gibran Rakabuming Raka's registration as vice president to be legally valid. The MK also found no evidence of President Joko Widodo's (Jokowi) intervention in Gibran's candidacy.
Hearing the Constitutional Court judge's decision, Ganjar was captured on camera showing an anxious expression. In the video clip uploaded by X account @Heraloebss, Ganjar can be seen wiping his face with his hands.
"He then supported his chin, within a few seconds he checked his mobile phone. After that, he used glasses to look at the phone. Meanwhile, Mahfud Md, who was sitting next to Ganjar, appeared to keep looking down."
"Previously, the Constitutional Court considered Gibran Rakabuming Raka's registration as a vice presidential candidate (cawapres) legally valid. The Constitutional Court also did not find any evidence of Jokowi's intervention in Gibran's nomination."
Constitutional Judge Arief Hidayat explained that constitutional judges consider the plea (Anies-Muhaimin) which interprets the decision of MK No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 as evidence of Jokowi's unjustified intervention.
"Thus, according to the Court, there is no problem in fulfilling the requirements for Gibran Rakabuming Raka as the vice presidential candidate from the Relevant Party (Prabowo) and the verification and determination of the candidate pairs carried out by the Respondent (KPU) are in accordance with the provisions."

The Constitutional Judges also did not find any evidence regarding the Applicant's argument stating the abuse of power by Jokowi in Gibran's candidacy.
