Recipe Spicy Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients: 110 grams of rice vermicelli, 5 thinly sliced meatballs, 1 carrot, thinly sliced, 1 stalk of spring onion, 3 stalks of celery. Seasonings: 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced, ½ clove of onion, thinly sliced, 5 bird's eye chilies, thinly sliced, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp mushroom broth, ½ tsp pepper, 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce.

How to Make: Boil the rice noodles first for 5 minutes over low heat. When done, drain and set aside. Prepare a wok, sauté garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant. Add salt, mushroom broth, pepper, soy sauce, carrots, and meatballs. Cook until done, then add 50 ml of water. Stir well. Add the boiled rice noodles, stir well. Cook until done, then add scallions and celery. Stir until well mixed. Ready to serve.

Recipe for Spicy Sweet Fried Rice Noodles

Ingredients: 400 grams of rice vermicelli, boiled beforehand2 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce1 tablespoon of soy sauce1 tablespoon of oyster sauce2 tablespoons of chili sauce1 teaspoon of salt1 ½ teaspoons of granulated sugar½ teaspoon of ground pepper4 tablespoons of cooking oil3 cloves of garlic2 stalks of green onion2 eggs5 bird's eye chilies100 grams of peeled shrimp3 fish balls100 grams of cabbage75 grams of green mustard5 tablespoons of water

               

How to make: In a container, mix salt, sugar, and powdered pepper. Mix the boiled rice noodles with sweet soy sauce. Set aside. Mix chili sauce, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Stir well, set aside. Heat the oil, sauté the garlic until golden. Add the chili, stir. Add shrimp and fish balls. Cook until the color changes and fragrant. Add the mixture of salt, sugar, and powdered pepper.
