"Sweet Fried Bread Recipe Without Filling"

Ingredients for Bread: 250 gr all-purpose flour 50 gr sugar 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp instant yeast 120 ml warm water 2 tbsp condensed milk Sesame Topping Ingredients: 4 tbsp water 2 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp sesame seeds

               

Prepare a glass, mix warm water, condensed milk, and yeast. Cover for 10 minutes or until the dough foams. Mix flour, sugar, egg yolk, and the previously made yeast mixture. Knead the dough until smooth. Add butter and knead the dough again. Let it rest and cover the dough with a cloth for about 20-30 minutes. Flatten the dough and take one-third of the dough. Flatten and cut the dough into squares. To make sesame topping: mix water and sugar until dissolved. Add sesame seeds. Before frying, spread the sesame topping on the surface of the dough. Heat oil, fry the bread over medium heat until golden brown. Drain and serve while still warm.

Ingredients: 300 gr wheat flour 50 gr cornstarch 75 grams powdered milk 75 gr granulated sugar 150 gr steamed potatoes, mashed 2 eggs ½ tsp instant yeast ¼ tsp salt Sufficient water

               

How to Make: Mix wheat flour, cornstarch, powdered milk, granulated sugar, instant yeast, and salt. Add steamed and mashed potatoes and eggs. Pour in water gradually while kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. Shape and divide the dough into square-shaped pillows. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes or until it expands. Heat oil, fry the pillows on low heat until cooked and puffed. Remove and drain. Serve the pillows while still warm.
