Ingredients:37 gr all-purpose flour¼ tsp salt1 tbsp sugar100 ml milk10 gr melted margarine1 egg75 gr whipped cream powderSome vanilla extractEnough mangoesEnough mint leaves

How to make: Cut the mango into cubes. Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk, margarine, and vanilla extract. Add eggs, mix well until evenly mixed. Strain the batter to remove any lumps. Prepare a non-stick pan and heat it over low heat. Pour the batter onto the pan. Prepare another bowl, beat whipped cream, water, and ice with a mixer. Once well mixed, add the mango pieces. Arrange the crepes in a row. Fill with mango cream and fold the right and left sides, then roll. Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours for better taste. Serve on a serving plate and top with mango slices and mint.

How to Make: Prepare a container, mix whipped cream and ice cubes. Stir evenly using a whisk. Add chopped mango. Stir again and store in the refrigerator. For the dough: mix flour, milk, salt, sugar, margarine, with mango paste. Stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Add eggs, stir again and strain the dough to remove any lumps. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, then pour the dough. Cook until done. Repeat until all the dough is used. Set aside. Arrange 2-3 sheets on a wide plate or cutting board.
