Dream - Meu krecek oncom can be a simple yet appetizing homemade dish option. Krecek oncom is a typical dish originating from the Sunda region, West Java. This food, made from oncom processed with various spicy seasonings, is highly favored by many people. There is no need to travel far to Sunda to enjoy this simple dish. Sahabat Dream can easily make it at home with the following recipe.
Krecek Oncom
Ingredients: 2 boards of oncom, 1 stalk of green onion, 1 pack of beef-flavored royco, salt as needed Ground Spices Ingredients: 20 pieces of green bird's eye chili, 3 pieces of red chili, 5 cloves of shallot, 2 cloves of garlic
How to Make: Crush the oncom and add thinly sliced scallions. Blend the spices using a blender or chopper until smooth. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the blended spices and stir until fragrant and cooked. Add the oncom, stir briefly then add salt and royco according to taste. Stir again until evenly mixed. Add leunca and wait for the oncom to cook and change color. Add basil leaves, stir briefly again. Prepare a plate, serve the warm oncom krecek.
Krecek Oncom Leunca Pedas
Ingredients:200 gr oncom, roughly ground75 gr leunca, select from the stem1 bunch of basil leaves4 red chilies5 bird's eye chilies6 cloves of shallots7 cloves of garlic3 tablespoons cooking oilSalt to tasteSugar to tasteMushroom broth to taste
How to Make: Prepare a container, crush the oncom until it becomes crushed. Blend or crush the garlic, shallots, red chili, and bird's eye chili until smooth. Heat the oil, sauté the spices until fragrant and cooked. Add the oncom and mix well. Once the oncom is halfway cooked and the smooth spices are evenly mixed, add the leunca and basil leaves. Mix well. Add salt, sugar, and broth powder. Adjust the taste and add more spices if necessary. Mix well until cooked. Remove from heat and set aside. Spicy krecek oncom leunca is ready to be served.
Spicy Red Oncom Krecek
Ingredients:2 pieces of oncom1 tomato1 large red chili8 bird's eye chili2 cloves of shallots2 stalks of scallions1 pack of spicy fried rice seasoning
How to Make: Crush the oncom or coarsely grind it. Set aside. Clean the spring onion, tomato, red chili, bird's eye chili, and shallot. Then thinly slice diagonally. Set aside. Heat the oil, sauté the tomato, shallot, and chili. Stir until cooked and fragrant. Add the oncom and spring onion. Stir well until the spices are evenly mixed. Add bird's eye chili and spicy fried rice seasoning. Stir again. Add salt, sugar, and seasoning according to taste. Stir again. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary. Cook until done.
