1. Falafel

4. Maqluba
Maqluba is a national dish of Palestine that is also popular in Iraq, Syria, and Jordan. The name "maqluba" refers to its unique presentation. When served, this one-pot dish is flipped upside down before being eaten.
The ingredients of maqluba food consist of rice, vegetables, spices, and chicken or lamb meat, all of which are cooked in one pot. Then it is boiled until there is no remaining boiling water.

5. Taboon
Taboon is a traditional Middle Eastern flatbread that is traditionally baked in a clay oven to give it a bubbly texture. This bread is made from flour, water, yeast, and sugar.
