Dream - Consuming processed chicken feels incomplete without crispy crumbs. Especially if Sahabat Dream likes food with a crispy texture and savory taste.
"Usually, kremesan is sold separately in restaurants so that consumers can add more portions according to their taste without having to eat additional pieces of chicken or duck. Kremesan can also be made easily at home. Especially if you often make marinated chicken. Find out the simple recipe for making kremesan from Culinary Content Creator, Ruth Renatha, below."
"Ingredients:"
Remaining seasoning water8 tablespoons of tapioca flour4 tablespoons of rice flour1/2 teaspoon of baking powder1 egg yolkFrying oil
How to Make Kremesan from the Remaining Seasonings of Ayam Ungkep.
Step 1Mix tapioca flour, rice flour, baking powder, egg yolk, and the remaining cooled seasoning water in a bowl. After that, stir well until the texture thickens.
"Step 2"
Filter the crispy dough 3-4 times so that the dough becomes more liquid and separate the remaining fried chicken from the leftover seasoning water. After filtering, the crispy dough will have a crunchier texture.
"Step 3"
Pour the crispy batter into a plastic bottle. Use a funnel to make it easier to pour without spilling and dirtying the table. After that, poke holes in the bottle cap so that the batter can be easily spread when frying.
"Step 4"
Heat the oil and pour the mixture inside the bottle into the pan. Make sure the oil is really hot so that the fritters turn crispy when fried.
Wait until the foam decreases and fold the crispy so that all sides are fully cooked and crispy in texture. Frying it this way will also make the crunchy texture last longer.
Lift the crispy using a strainer to separate the remaining oil, so that its texture does not become soggy. Sahabat Dream can also separate the remaining oil by placing the crispy on a tissue.
Serve the crispy with marinated chicken or other dishes and rice to make a complete meal. Don't forget to add fresh vegetables such as cucumber, lettuce, basil leaves, or sautéed water spinach to make it tastier when eaten.
