Ingredients: Instant lasagna sheets Bolognese sauce Bechamel sauce / White sauce Mozzarella Oregano Parsley 1/2 kg minced beef 1/4 kg minced chicken 1 carrot 2 onions 5 garlic cloves Tomato paste Tomato sauce Sugar Nutmeg Chicken powder
How to Make Bolognese Sauce: Heat chicken oil, add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add carrots and meat and cook until browned. Add thyme, oregano, and parsley. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato juice and stir slowly. Add salt, chicken powder, pepper, sugar, nutmeg, vinegar, and stir until well combined. Cook over medium heat, then cover and wait until the liquid reduces and thickens.
How to Make Lasagna: Prepare a heatproof container and pour a little bolognese sauce, spread it evenly. Arrange the partially cooked lasagna sheets on top. Next, pour bolognese sauce, bechamel sauce, lasagna sheets, and so on until finished. Finally, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at a temperature of 180' for about 30-40 minutes or according to each oven. Lastly, sprinkle with oregano and parsley. Homemade lasagna is ready to be served.
Ingredients: 2 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and thinly sliced 200 grams grated cheddar cheese. Red Sauce Ingredients: 2 tablespoons margarine 4 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 onion, chopped Paprika as needed 200 grams minced beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon powdered pepper 1 tablespoon powdered parsley 250 grams spaghetti sauce.
White Sauce Ingredients: 2 tablespoons margarine, 50 grams wheat flour, 250 ml liquid milk, salt to taste, powdered parsley according to preference. Instructions: For the red sauce, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, then add the meat and mix well. Add the bell pepper and remaining spices. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Set aside. For the white sauce, melt the margarine and mix in the wheat flour until well combined.
Pour the milk and stir until there are no lumps. Add salt and powdered parsley. Cook until thickened. Then set aside. Prepare a baking dish, place potato slices around the dish evenly, pour red sauce over it and spread it evenly, then pour white sauce over it and spread it evenly, and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Repeat the process until the dish is filled. The topmost topping is grated cheese, which can be added with powdered parsley and powdered pepper. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until cooked.
