Dream - Instant noodles are usually boiled or fried, but this time Nicky Tirta shares a recipe on how to elevate instant noodles by turning them into a carbonara dish that is commonly served in Italian restaurants.
In the event 'Kumpul Asik di Rumah Indofood' held at Pekan Raya Jakarta a few days ago, Nicky Tirta held a cooking demonstration with visitors, media personnel, and two communities from NCC and Rahasia Gadis.

To make carbonara noodles, according to Nicky, the ingredients are very easy to find in the market and they taste great for both children and adults.
"Nicky also provides an easy and simple recipe for making delicious carbonara. Here is the recipe:"
Ingredients: - Indomie chicken broth 3 packs - Indomilk liquid milk 500ml - Palmia margarine 2 tablespoons - 250 grams of diced smoked beef - 1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced - 3 cloves of garlic - 75 grams of grated Cheddar cheese - Parsley for topping - Thickening ingredients - 1 egg - Sufficient amount of cooking cream - 100 ml of Indomilk liquid milk
How to Make: Heat the margarine and then add the onion and garlic, after they wilt add the smoked beef. After the smoked beef is cooked, add the liquid milk into the pan. Wait for the milk to boil, then add 3 packets of instant noodles into the pan. After the noodles are half cooked, you can add cheese. To make the noodles thicker and creamier, you can add cooking cream and milk, then eggs. After it is cooked, put it on a plate and sprinkle with parsley.
