Dream - Civil Servants (ASN) or PNS who are transferred to the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) will receive a number of incentives, including relocation allowances.
Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB), Abdullah Azwar Anas, stated that the government has prepared the incentive policy.
"We have already formulated it. Later there will be relocation allowance, packing. Then there will be an allowance for them to depart with their family to that place,""

Furthermore, Anas also mentioned that he has received requests from several civil servants to be transferred to the Capital City of Nusantara.
"The interesting thing is, there are now letters to us that can be moved to IKN," he revealed.
Anas did not specifically mention the number of civil servants who requested a transfer to IKN. However, he was surprised by the enthusiasm of the state servants to move to the new capital. "In the past, we thought he didn't want to move. Instead, he was not included in the relocation scenario, he requested to be transferred there," he said.
"Some of them are already married, some are young, doctors, non-doctors, those who are not included in the relocation scenario, he offered himself to move," explained Anas."
