Dream - PT Bank BCA Syariah (BCA Syariah) closed the year 2023 with a net profit of Rp153.8 billion, growing by 30.8% compared to the previous year (year on year/yoy).

President Director of BCA Syariah, Yuli Melati Suryaningrum, said that the increase in profit is supported by the acceleration of financing distribution and the acquisition of a customer base, especially CASA customers, as well as balanced asset and liability management.

Growth in assets is supported by the collection of Third Party Funds (DPK) reaching Rp10.9 trillion, growing by 15.5% YoY, and the distribution of financing reaching Rp9.0 trillion, growing by 18.8% YoY.

"BCA Syariah also delivers strategies to achieve solid and sustainable growth, including accelerating the growth of the number of customers, especially in low-cost funds (Current Account Saving Account/CASA)."

"To support this, BCA Syariah accelerates the adoption of technology in its products and services, as well as modernizes its IT infrastructure to maintain the CASA composition at 38.1% of the total DPK reaching Rp4.2 trillion."
