Dream - President Jokowi ensures that the price of fuel under the management of PT Pertamina (Perseo) will not increase until June 2024.
Minister of State-Owned Enterprises, Erick Thohir, responded that the current world situation is uncertain. This condition can be seen from the price of rice which had temporarily increased in the market, although it is now considered to have started to decline.
"We, as I received a report from Bulog, now the price of rice in wholesale markets has started to stabilize. But these other markets are currently being worked on by Bulog and the National Food Agency."

Therefore, he assesses that the government will maintain the price of fuel, which also affects the prices of other commodities, for logistics costs.

However, Erick has not yet spoken regarding the provision of additional budget to support fuel subsidies to Pertamina.
