Head of the Purwakarta Department of Manpower and Transmigration, Didi Garnadi, has received information from management regarding the condition of PT Sepatu Bata, which has gone bankrupt due to a lack of orders.

According to him, due to a decrease in orders, PT Sepatu Bata has been laying off its employees gradually. The number of employees affected by the layoffs is 233 people. "The company has reported that it will settle all the rights of the laid-off employees, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations," said Didi.

Working period 3 years or more but less than 4 years, 4 months salary e. Working period 4 years or more but less than 5 years, 5 months salary f. Working period 5 years or more but less than 6 years, 6 months salary

g. Work period of 6 years or more but less than 7 years, 7 months of salary. Work period of 7 years or more but less than 8 years, 8 months of salary. Work period of 8 years or more, 9 months of salary.
