Dream - Changan Auto officially launched the electric car Lumin EV in the domestic market. This car from China is touted to be a competitor to the Wuling Air EV.
Quoting Carnewschina, Lumin EV has a small and adorable appearance which is priced at 61,900 yuan or around 135 million Indonesian Rupiah. It is available in three color options.
This small car has a length of 3,270mm, width of 1,700mm, and height of 1,545mm, with a wheelbase of 1,800mm. This car has two doors and four passenger seats.
Lumin EV can travel up to 301 km in one charge, equipped with a 35 kW electric motor and a 27.99 kWh battery. With fast charging technology, it only takes 35 minutes to charge from 30 to 80 percent.
This car has also implemented standard technology, such as a three-spoke steering wheel, a 10.2-inch touch screen, voice control, mobile connectivity, a floating LCD screen, and Bluetooth for music and phone calls.
Changan Auto also offers optional packages. When purchasing the fast charging Lumin, buyers can obtain a 3.5kW power charging pole for 2,558 yuan (Rp5.6 million). This package includes construction and hassle-free installation services along a 30-meter distance. Additionally, customers can enjoy a limited-time discount with a down payment of 520 yuan, which will reduce the car's price by 2,000 yuan (Rp4.3 million).
The Indonesian automotive market also welcomed the official launch of the NETA V electric car on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. This new vehicle was first introduced at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2023. The presence of NETA V marks the first car product from NETA Auto Indonesia in the crossover class, equipped with the latest technology.
NETA is an electric vehicle brand from China that was established in 2014. NETA V is priced at Rp379 million (off-road Jakarta) and comes in 5 colors, namely Sakura Pink, Sky Blue, Moonlight Green, White Storm, and Midnight Gray.
During the prebooking period, PT NETA Auto Indonesia reported that consumers who ordered their new cars reached 162 Vehicle Booking Letters (SPK).
