Dream - Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf), Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno, responds to criticism from Malaysian tourists who gave low ratings while traveling to Jakarta.

The tourist named Intan Nurliana even gave a rating of 0/10 for the food in Jakarta, which she considered dirty and unpleasant. Meanwhile, she rated the visit as 3/10 and shopping as 0/10.

Sandiaga Uno responded that Intan Nurliana's criticism should be respected. He invites the community to consider the criticism as positive input to build and enhance Indonesian tourism.

"Sandiaga also reminds the importance of maintaining friendliness towards tourists, including foreign tourists from neighboring country. This is because Malaysia is still ranked first in terms of visiting Indonesia."

Furthermore, regarding the criticism expressed by Malaysian tourists, Sandiaga will also coordinate with the Jakarta Tourism Office (Dispar) to prepare a solution for that criticism.
