This complaint went viral because the group was being loud and disturbing other passengers. In a circulating video, the group consists of mothers who were singing kasidah (religious songs) inside the train. Vice President (VP) of Public Relations at KAI, Anne Purba, stated that they urge all customers to respect and appreciate each other as fellow passengers in order to ensure a safe and comfortable train journey.

"After that, the situation returned to conducive," she added. Anne also advised all train customers to always comply with the rules, maintain order, and take care of train facilities and stations because train service is a public facility."

The noisy passenger originated from a TikTok post by @evan293033, who recorded the actions of women wearing black robes and brown headscarves, singing kasidah together. However, their voices actually disturbed other passengers. "Is it allowed to be this noisy on the train?" he wrote. "Please confirm again even though this is an economy train @kai121_," he continued.
