You can choose Greek yogurt without sugar for a healthier option.

               

It is important to choose sugar-free yogurt to avoid excessive sugar consumption. In addition, try to choose yogurt that is displayed in a cold condition so that the beneficial bacteria contained in it remains intact.

2. Cottage Cheese

Keju Cottage is a fermented cheese made from milk. Low acid cottage cheese is very good for promoting the growth of healthy bacteria. The milk that is processed and fermented to become cottage cheese still retains about 90% fat and protein, 50% minerals, and 10% lactose from milk.

               

3. Apple
