1. Eat in Small Portions Regularly

To avoid long gaps between two meal times, it is recommended to have snacks in between those times. Another way is to divide three main meals into five smaller meals. This method of eating small portions periodically is good for maintaining blood pressure. In addition, this method is also usually used by diabetes patients to keep blood sugar levels stable.

2. Sufficient Salt Consumption

Dear Dream friends, you probably already know that excessive salt is not good for the body. However, salt deficiency can also cause low blood pressure. WHO mentions that the daily limit of salt in cooking is one teaspoon of salt. You can mix a little salt in lime water and drink it after exercising. 3. Drink Plenty of Water

5. Drink Almond Milk

"Almond milk can prevent low blood pressure. In addition, almond milk does not contain cholesterol and saturated fat. This drink actually contains healthy fats and omega 3.
