Broth soup has a very high water content, which can help with hydration during stomach flu. This food is also a great source of sodium to replenish electrolytes that are quickly depleted due to frequent vomiting and diarrhea.

               

2. Eggs

Eggs are a nutritious food choice when you have a stomach flu. If consumed with a little added fat, dairy products, and spices, eggs will feel comfortable in the stomach.
