How to make: Prepare all the ingredients. Boil water and butter until dissolved. Add flour, stir well and then remove from heat. Add granulated sugar, stir again until well combined. Set aside. Mix coconut milk and eggs until dissolved at low speed. Heat the teflon mold, pour half of the batter. Add grated young coconut filling and then pour the remaining batter. Add raisin topping on top. Cook until done. Ready to serve.
Ingredients: 300 grams of chayote, 125 grams of granulated sugar, 50 grams of margarine, 2 eggs, 200 ml of white UHT milk, 125 grams of low-protein flour, 25 grams of powdered milk, ½ teaspoon of vanilla, ¼ teaspoon of fine salt, raisins for topping.
How to Make: Peel the chayote squash, steam until cooked, then mash with a fork. Mix the mashed chayote squash with granulated sugar, margarine, and eggs. Stir well. Add UHT milk, stir well. Add all-purpose flour, powdered milk, vanilla, and fine salt. Stir again until well combined. Strain the batter until smooth and there are no lumps. Heat a non-stick pan, grease with margarine. Pour the batter into the pan, cook until half cooked. Add raisin topping, cook again until cooked. Ready to serve.
