Ingredients:1 package of plain agar-agar5 slices of skinless white bread700 ml of water8 tablespoons of granulated sugar1 small package of coconut cream2 tablespoons of cocoa powder1 can of sweetened condensed milkSalt to tasteEnough cornstarch
How to Make: Dissolve cornstarch with a little hot water. Dissolve cocoa powder with a little hot water to prevent clumping. Prepare a saucepan, mix agar-agar, granulated sugar, water, and condensed milk. Add a little salt. Stir well. Blend bread and 2 tablespoons of the mixture until smooth. Add the blended bread mixture into the saucepan. Then, cook the mixture over low heat while stirring continuously until it boils. Taste and add seasoning if needed.
Insert the pudding mixture into the pudding cup and add a little chocolate mixture in a marble pattern. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator. To make the coconut sauce, mix water, coconut milk, and a little salt. Cook while stirring slowly. Once it boils, pour the cornstarch solution into the coconut milk.
