Onion ginger oil 30 gr ginger 10 cloves garlic 70 ml oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp mushroom broth 1 tbsp sesame oil
Boiled Chicken Ingredients: - 850 gr chicken thighs - 2 liters of water - 20 gr ginger, crushed - 1 stalk of spring onion - 1 ½ tbsp salt (for marinating the chicken) - 2 tsp salt - 2 tsp mushroom broth/seasoning - 2 tsp granulated sugar - ¼ tsp pepper
1. Prepare a cutting board and knives. Thinly slice the ginger, then chop or blend until crushed.
3. Add chopped or blended garlic and ginger evenly. 4. Prepare a frying pan with 70 ml of oil over medium heat. 5. Put the chopped ginger and garlic into the pan, sauté until both turn yellow. 6. Reduce the heat so that the garlic does not taste bitter. 7. When the ginger and garlic have slightly browned, turn off the heat and immediately mix with sesame oil. 8. The garlic ginger oil is ready to be poured over boiled chicken.
1. Prepare a container to mix 850 grams of whole chicken thighs with 1 ½ tablespoons of salt, rub and marinate briefly, then rinse the chicken.
2. Prepare a pot filled with water that has been half boiled. 3. Add chicken, ginger, scallion, salt, mushroom broth/seasoning, sugar, and pepper simultaneously. 4. Boil for about 18 minutes on low heat with the pot uncovered until the chicken is cooked.

Serve the boiled chicken in a container, then evenly pour the previously prepared ginger onion oil. 7. Add cucumber, sambal, rice, and cilantro leaves to complete this dish.
