Ingredients:400 grams of white glutinous riceCooking oil1 teaspoon of shrimp paste (roasted)5 cloves of garlic1 tablespoon of salt¼ teaspoon of powdered pepper1 teaspoon of granulated sugar200 ml of water

               

Sun-dry the shaped rengginang directly under the sunlight. Dry until the dough is completely dried! Next, prepare a frying pan and fill it with cooking oil.
