How to Make Chicken-Filled Fried Wonton Recipe: Prepare a frying pan and heat a little oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add minced chicken to the pan, stir until the chicken changes color. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the chicken is perfectly cooked. Once cooked, add chopped scallions. Stir briefly and remove from heat. Let the chicken filling mixture cool.
Take a sheet of wonton skin, place one teaspoon of chicken filling mixture in the middle. Fold the wonton skin into a triangle and press the edges with your fingers to seal. Repeat this step until all the wonton skins and chicken filling are used. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain. Fried chicken-filled wontons are ready to be served with your favorite sauce or sambal.
Use thin and good quality wonton skins. Make sure the wonton skins are not torn or have holes so that the filling does not come out when fried. Use fresh and finely ground chicken meat.
