How to Make: Boil the agar-agar with enough water until dissolved and boiling. After that, turn off the heat and let the agar-agar cool slightly. Once it has cooled a bit, add the nata de coco to the agar-agar solution and stir well. Pour the agar-agar and nata de coco mixture into a mold or container. Let it set in the refrigerator. Once it has set, cut the agar-agar into small cubes. Prepare a large bowl or serving glass, add the agar-agar cubes, jelly, canned fruit, pearls, and boba.

Pour the brown sugar syrup into the glass until the grass jelly is fully submerged or according to desired sweetness. If you want it sweeter, add more syrup.

How to Make: Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Cut the banana into pieces according to your preference. Boil water in a large pot. After boiling, add palm sugar and pandan leaves. Stir until the sugar dissolves. After the palm sugar dissolves, add thick coconut milk to the pot. Stir well and let it boil again. After the broth boils again, put the banana pieces into the broth. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of salt. Stir gently so that the banana absorbs the flavor of the broth. Cook the kolak over medium heat until the banana is soft and the broth thickens.
Make sure to keep stirring to prevent burning at the bottom of the pot. After the banana compote is cooked, remove it from the stove and let it cool slightly.
