"Dream - PT Bank Central Asia (BCA) has discontinued m-BCA service with SIM card menu (non-application) that is usually accessed using SMS. This service discontinuation will take effect starting from February 6, 2024."
BCA said on its official website, customers can still use m-BCA services from the BCA mobile and myBCA applications to fulfill their banking transaction needs.
Then, to enhance transaction convenience, customers can choose mobile banking services through the myBCA application.
Customers can take advantage of various transaction features such as: Check balance and account information Transfer between BCA accounts or to other bank accounts Pay and refill various needs such as PLN bills, Credit Cards, Mobile Phones, Top-up credit and many more.
"Through the myBCA feature, customers can also check account activities with e-Statements for transactions from 2016."
"Access and multi-account transactions of BCA from one application, and BCA Paylater facility for urgent needs," BCA writes.
"Previously, the largest private bank in Indonesia has also increased the monthly administrative fee for its savings products starting from January 19, 2024. This increase applies to customers holding the Tahapan Xpresi BCA card. The administrative fee for the card has officially increased to Rp10,000 per month. Previously, the Tahapan Xpresi BCA card had an administrative fee of Rp7,500 per month."
"While for other types of cards such as BCA Silver/Blue, BCA Gold, BCA Platinum, Tapres and BCA Dollar, up to TabunganKu, BCA still applies the same amount of administrative fee deduction as currently enforced."
Quoting the official company website, the adjustment of new administrative costs is carried out to improve the quality and convenience of transactions for its customers. In addition to administrative costs, BCA has also decided to increase the daily transaction limit for a number of cards.
