Dream - The Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has prepared a plan for contract workers who did not pass the selection of prospective Civil Servants (CASN) 2024, which will soon be held by the government.
"For those who do not pass, the temporary government will appoint honorary workers as Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) part-time. Meanwhile, non-ASN employees who pass the CASN 2024 selection will be appointed as full-time PPPK."

Although appointed as part-time PPPK, the honorary workers will have the opportunity to be appointed as full-time PPPK if they have gone through performance evaluation and administrative requirements. However, the appointment mechanism will still be further discussed in the Regulation of the Minister of PANRB.
"The provisions regarding the selection and appointment mechanism will be further regulated in the regulation of the Minister of PANRB," he said.
It is known that the government is indeed trying to eliminate honorary employees who will be transferred to become PPPK. This transfer is targeted to be completed by December of this year.
"Meanwhile, the PPPK selection becomes the government's main focus to organize non-ASN employees in government agencies, so that 100 percent of PPPK positions will be opened for non-ASN employees in government agencies."
