Dream - Ahead of Eid 2024, Grab Indonesia will not provide Eid Allowance (THR) to online motorcycle taxi partners (ojol), but will give special incentives for the Idul Fitri 2024 holiday.

"Unfortunately, Grab Indonesia has not disclosed the specific form of incentives for Eid that will be given to the online motorcycle taxi partners. These special incentives will be given on the first and second day of Eid."

Different from ojol partners, Grab Indonesia will provide Eid al-Fitr Allowance (THR) to workers who have conventional employment relationships in the form of Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) and Indefinite-Term Employment Agreement (PKWTT).

The value of this THR will be adjusted in accordance with the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 6 of 2016 concerning Religious Holiday Allowance for Workers/Laborers in Companies.

However, their employment relationship is in the form of a partnership."
