Besides that, Eid allowance is not subject to any deductions of contributions and/or other deductions including pension credit deductions unless it is subject to income tax in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations and borne by the government. Taspen also revealed that for pension recipients starting from March 2024 or earlier whose first pension payment process is carried out after March 13, 2024, the 2024 Eid allowance will be paid starting from March 22, 2024.

"Regarding state officials or pension recipients who come from state officials and at the same time are pension recipients from government officials or vice versa, the Eid allowance paid is only one with the highest value. In the case of state officials or self-pensioners who are also widows/widowers pension recipients and/or widows/widowers allowance recipients, the Eid allowance is paid to both as self-pensioners and as widows/widowers pension recipients and/or as widows/widowers allowance recipients."
