Dream - State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Minister Erick Thohir congratulates Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who have been declared as the winners of the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres) by the General Election Commission (KPU).
Through a post on his personal Instagram account, Erick shared a photo of Prabowo-Gibran. In the photo, the number 2 candidate pair is wearing a complete suit with a white shirt and a red tie.
"Congratulations to Mr. @prabowo and Mas @gibran_rakabuming as the elected President and Vice President of Indonesia," wrote Erick on his Instagram account @erickthohir.
Not just a congratulations, Erick also included a message to Prabowo-Gibran. He entrusted the vision of Indonesia Maju.
"In the name of God, we entrust a big dream to bring Indonesia forward in the hands of Mr. Prabowo and Mas Gibran," added Erick."
"Previously, the Election Commission (KPU) held an agenda to determine the results of the 2024 Election after completing an open plenary meeting to recapitulate the results of the national level vote count for 38 provinces throughout Indonesia."
The result, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka is declared to have obtained the most votes.
"Setting the results of the national presidential and vice presidential elections based on minutes number 218/PL.01.08-BA/05/2024 in the General Election of 2024,"
The quote from the Chairman of the KPU, Hasyim Asyari, was quoted from Liputan6.com.
The 2024 Election results announced by the KPU stated that candidate number one, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar, received a total of 40,971,906 votes. Following that, candidate number two, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka, obtained 96,214,691 votes. Next, candidate number three, Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md, garnered 27,040,878 votes. The total valid votes amounted to 164,227,475.
