Deputy for Human Resources, Technology, and Information of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Tedi Bharata, revealed a list of the most needed positions in the Joint Recruitment of BUMN 2024.
Tedi mentioned that there are six positions that are most needed in the Joint Recruitment of State-Owned Enterprises (RBB) 2024.
"Marketing Division"
First, the position for the marketing division in various state-owned enterprises. "The vacancies we need in state-owned enterprises are for the marketing field, which is the largest in marketing," said Tedi during the press conference of the Joint Recruitment of State-Owned Enterprises (RBB) 2024 quoted from Merdeka.com, Friday, March 22, 2024.
"Cooperative and Engineering"
Secondly, the position for the cooperative division in several state-owned companies. Furthermore, the most sought-after position in the Joint Recruitment of State-Owned Enterprises 2024 is engineering.
The required fourth position in the Joint BUMN Recruitment Program 2024 is information technology (IT). Followed by, finance division and legal compliance.
"IT is also important for us, we need a lot of talent in the field of IT and also in the field of finance that is needed by various state-owned companies," explained Tedi."
"Open to High School Graduates"
Recruitment Together with State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) 2024 is open to high school graduates or equivalent to S2 graduates. The age limit for prospective applicants for RBB this year is open from 25 years old to 35 years old. In Recruitment Together with State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) 2024, there are more than 100 participating state-owned companies. RBB this year provides 688 job opportunities and 1,830 positions within it.
