Dream - The company named Kuangshan Crane Company in Henan province, China, has a unique way to provide bonuses to its employees. This company gathers its 5,000 employees and creates a game to bring home as much money as they can count.

One employee is able to pocket up to 97,800 yuan or approximately Rp212 million, and says that it feels "extraordinary". This is not the first time this company has gone viral because of its large year-end bonus scheme.

Last year, this company gave 61 million yuan to 40 employees with the best performance, with the top three salespeople each receiving five million yuan. A staff member named Feng said that each of the three salespeople had sold products worth more than 100 million yuan last year.
