"Dream - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir aims to transform state assets around the National Monument (Monas) into a landmark like those in developed countries. One of the desires of the minister, who oversees hundreds of state-owned companies across Indonesia, is to change Monas to resemble Central Park in New York or Hyde Park in England. By transforming it into a world icon landmark, Erick believes that the Monas area will eventually have very high value."

To realize his dream, Erick said the government wants to establish a Property Fund that is prepared to manage the grand assets of the government that will be left behind when the National Capital City (IKN) Nusantara is formed. "I hope this property fund becomes a reality. Our assets will be consolidated here, under the property fund," he said.

"With the relocation of the capital to IKN Nusantara, Erick does not want the assets of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises in the Monas area to be neglected. "We will move to IKN, it is impossible for state-owned enterprises to have 2 ministry buildings and it is unlikely that the assets of state-owned enterprises in the 1st ring in the Monas area will be neglected," he stated."

Regarding the state-owned enterprise assets besides the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises building, there are Pertamina, Telkom, BSI, Danareksa, and PP. All state-owned enterprise assets located in the first ring of the Modas area will be consolidated. \
