"DKPP RI grants the complainant's complaint in its entirety and requests President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, to replace Hasyim within a period of 7 days since the verdict is read. 'The President of the Republic of Indonesia is to implement this verdict within a maximum of seven days since the verdict is read,' he said. Lastly, DKPP RI requests the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) of the Republic of Indonesia to oversee the implementation of the verdict."

In detail, Asy'ari has land and buildings worth a total of Rp7.3 billion scattered in Semarang, Kudus, Rembang, and Pati. This land and buildings were acquired through self-effort and inheritance. Additionally, he has assets in the form of transportation tools and machinery worth a total of Rp324 million. These assets consist of a 1985 Vespa PX150 worth Rp20 million.

Then Honda Speice in 2011 worth Rp4 million, Totoya Prado in 2006 worth Rp150 million and Nissan New Serena in 2014 worth Rp150 million. Hasyim Asy'ari also has other movable assets worth Rp870 million, cash and cash equivalents worth Rp1.102 billion. Asy'ari has no debt, so the total wealth amounts to Rp9,596,000,000.
