"Previously, in Government Regulation Number 25 of 2020 regarding the implementation of the People's Housing Savings (Tapera) article 38 paragraph 1, there are several requirements that participants must fulfill in order to obtain housing financing, including:"
a. Having a minimum membership period of 12 months b. Belonging to the low-income community (MBR) c. Not owning a house yet and/or d. Using it for financing the ownership of the first house, building the first house, or improving the first house.
Then, to obtain housing financing, BP Tapera arranges the eligibility assessment of Participants by Banks or Financing Companies, as regulated in article 39 paragraph 1.
Furthermore, in article 39 paragraph 2 it is explained that housing financing for Participants is carried out in order of priority based on the criteria: a. Length of membership period b. Level of smoothness in paying Savings c. Level of urgency of home ownership; and d. Availability of utilization funds
