"Procedures for Hajj Rituals and Their Prayers"

"For prospective hajj pilgrims, it is important to perform the hajj rituals in sequence and to know which prayers will be recited. Here is the order of the procedures:"

1. Wearing Ihram Clothing

Before performing the hajj worship, men must first wear ihram clothing. Ihram clothing is a fabric consisting of two white sheets to cover the shoulders and the lower part of the body, similar to wearing a sarong. During the hajj worship, men are not allowed to wear clothing that outlines their body curves or underwear.

2. Intention of Ihram for Hajj

"Before performing the ihram, the most important thing that must not be overlooked is to have a sincere intention. This intention must truly come from the heart and solely for the sake of Allah SWT. The intention for ihram can be made at the latest on the 9th of Zulhijjah at the designated miqat. Before making the intention, it is advisable to take a bath, perform ablution, wear the ihram clothing, and apply fragrance first. Here is the recitation of the intention:"

I intend to perform Hajj and Umrah and enter the state of ihram for the sake of Allah SWT.

3. Reading Talbiyah

During ihram, it is recommended to always read the talbiyah. Hajj pilgrims are encouraged to recite it continuously during their journey to the Baitul Haram, whether the path is flat, uphill, or when in a vehicle. Here is the reading: Labbaikallahumma labbaik, labbaika la syarikalaka labbaik, innal hamda wan ni'mata laka wal mula la syarika lak..

"Meaning: \u201cI come to fulfill Your call, O Allah, I come to fulfill Your call. Truly all praise, blessings, and power belong to You, there is no partner for You.""

4. Wukuf di Padang Arafah 4. Standing at the Plain of Arafah

Wukuf in Arafah Field is performed from the sunset on the 9th of Zulhijjah until dawn on the 10th of Zulhijjah. When performing wukuf, hajj pilgrims are advised to recite many dhikr, such as takbir, tahmid, istighfar, and other dhikr recitations. In addition, it is also recommended to recite the following prayer during wukuf:

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the distress of this day, the distress of the Hereafter, the distress of the Hellfire, and the distress of the grave. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials and tribulations of life and death, from the punishment of the grave, and from the evil of the fitnah (trials) of the Dajjal (Antichrist). O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of wealth and poverty, from the trials of power and humility, and from the trials of prosperity and adversity. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the false messiah, from the trials of the grave, and from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal and the trials of the grave. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Antichrist, from the trials of the grave, and from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Dajjal and the trials of the grave. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Antichrist, from the trials of the grave, and from the trials of life and death.

"O Allah, all praise is due to You, just as we say, and better than what we say. O Allah, my prayers, my sacrifices, my living and my dying are for You alone. My return is to You, my Lord. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, from the whisperings of the chest, and from the chaos of affairs. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of what the wind brings with it."

O Allah, to You belongs the praise as we express it, and better than what we express. O Allah, for You is my prayer, my worship in Hajj, for You is my life and my death, and to You we will return, to You we show our worship. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from the punishment of Hell, from a doubting heart, and from the chaos of affairs. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the worst that is brought by the wind.

May blessings and peace always be upon the Messenger of Allah, as Allah always bestows blessings and peace upon him. O Allah, I perform this circumambulation only because of my faith in You, affirming Your book, fulfilling my promise to You, and following the Sunnah of Your Prophet Muhammad.

"O Allah, indeed I seek forgiveness from You, health, and eternal protection in carrying out the rules of religion, both in worldly matters and in the hereafter, also to obtain the pleasures of heaven and to be saved from the torment of hell."
