1. Sufficient Protein Intake

Don't forget to fulfill your calorie intake and nutrients so that the process of muscle formation does not disrupt your health and make your goals fail. Find out your daily calorie and nutrient needs through a special calculator.
The calculator can be found on various websites and free applications that can be downloaded to your mobile phone. If you are trying to lose weight and create a calorie deficit but still want to increase muscle mass, don't reduce your calorie intake too much. 3. Do Weightlifting
